Listen, I hate when people punch unnecessary holes in things in the name of “perfection.”

Especially when it’s about getting “more” at the risk of “any.”

If you’re doing or have done the trendy 75 Hard program, that is amazing. Give yourself a pat on the back. The results of the program are undeniable. I would never debate that.

However, 75 Hard has some glaring problems that make it less than ideal. In this article, we’re going to go over the 5 big problems with 75 Hard and how to fix them.

Note: I know that you can’t do 75 Hard and bend the rules of it. But guess what, there are no rules…it’s your body, effort and time. Implement the suggestions I’m going to give you and craft a 75 hard style program of your own that is more effective.

#1: Lack of Recovery Days

The single biggest problem I have with 75 Hard is the requirement to work out twice a day for 75 days straight.

“More” is not always “more” when it comes to exercise. There are diminishing returns and a certain point (a point that 75 hard exceeds in my opinion) you are actually costing yourself gains.
