Note: I’m giving some technical examples in this article but I’m not diving deep into how each tool I’m sharing works. I’m assuming you already have an above average understanding of SEO and tools like Google Search Console, Google Ads and GA4. If you want to learn how to use Google ads and tools like seach console and analytics, check out this program (affiliate but most highly recommended) or find a good one on Udemy or a free program in YouTube.

Anyone telling you that AI and recent Google updates haven’t absolutely destroyed a vast majority of niche websites is lying to you or isn’t paying attention.

Sure, the “SEO is dead” headlines are clickbait and overly dramatic, but for many websites, it absolutely is dead or in hospice, waiting to die as peacefully as possible.

Take this niche site we’ve been (successfully) building links to for the past 6 months.

We’ve built many high quality, relevant backlinks and have seen a whopping boost in organic traffic to…0 visits per month.

This website is supremely niche. Circa 2023, this website would be ranking for 1,000s of keywords and driving high value traffic.
