Amen, absolutely no sham in posting that. It’s highly relevant to the article, ignore anyone saying it’s for vanity or something. Also, it’s ok if it’s both haha but you nailed it, people need to know you’ve actually done it. Lots of out of shape trainers at my gym and I always think “that has to be hard marketing for them.”
