Define “real.” Whey protein is an absolutely fantastic food, people often act like it’s somehow bad because it’s processed, but that really means little. Most people don’t even know what processed means. The protein bar is definitely the most “not real” food here, but the eggs, milk , pineapple and cottage cheese are most of volume and calories.
