I monitor it but I have no issues with it currently. Definitely not good for a lot of folks though.

…ol. Four whole eggs sounds like a lot of egg yolks to me daily but maybe cholesterol is my probelm, not yours?
Interesting article but I am also trying to control my cholesterol.
