I’m halfway through a blog post tracking a 30 day cycle of 5 grams of creatine. I’ll be sure to link to this post in it, very well written. One of the aspects I’m tracking is hunger and creatines impact on it. My findings so far have been an instant increase in hunger early that tapered off to baseline now about 2 weeks in. I agree, it’s likely more thirst confused as hunger vs actually needing more calories.
