These 10 Foods Made My Muscle Building + Fat Burning Diet Possible

The drug was literally too powerful for me. It was effective, but it came with some collateral damage. It took me up about a year to rebuild the lost muscle. And yes, as experts have warned about GLP-1s, I did gain the fat I had lost back as well once I stopped taking it.
