Whey protein is also extremely well digested. Plant based protein powders have a lower digestability score typically. It gets some negative press because it’s “processed,” but when you really look into what that means, you realize it’s not actually a problem. The artificial sweeteners aren’t great, but as you’ve said, they aren’t all created equal.
